PRO-2000RE · CSS-100H Metal Stripper

Tin and solder strippers for lead frame rework and plating carriers — no base metal attack

02Overview

A product family for stripping tin and solder layers from lead frames that need rework, and tin/solder build-up on carrier belts and racks of high-speed plating lines.

PRO-2000RETin · Tin-Lead Stripper for Leadframe Rework

PRO-2000RE is a high-speed stripping chemical for removing tin and tin-lead from lead frames for rework. It does not attack base metals and can be used for both Cu alloy and Alloy 42. Odor during operation is minimized and base metal erosion is close to zero.

  • Minimal sludge up to 100 g/L of Tin/Tin-Lead dissolved
  • Used for both copper alloy and Alloy 42 lead frames without smut, including Ni/Si-containing C-7025 / KLF for a set dipping time
  • Room temperature operation — no heater or cooler
  • Near-zero base metal attack, no package discoloration even after long dipping
  • High-speed stripper with 100–120 g/L Tin/Tin-Lead dissolving capacity
  • Contains no halide (no hydrogen peroxide, fluoride or boron)
TankPVC or Polypropylene
HeaterNot required commonly; stripping rate can be raised by heating up to 30 ℃
CSS-100HSolder Stripper for Carrier Belt · Rack

CSS-100H is a high-speed stripper for removing tin or tin-lead from carrier belts and racks on high-speed plating machines, with minimal attack on stainless steel and negligible sludge.

  • Easy to clean tanks and cells because of negligible sludge
  • Long carrier belt / rack life owing to minimal stainless steel attack
  • One-component liquid — solution control only by adding
  • Used at room temperature — no heating or cooling system needed
  • High-speed stripping with large tin/solder dissolving capacity
  • Negligible fume and toxicity during operation
TankPVC or Polypropylene
HeaterNeither required nor recommended
