ChemTech International protects the personal information of users in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and sets out this policy.
1. Information collected
For quote, reagent and document requests we collect company name, contact name, phone and e-mail (required); process, expected volume and message only if you provide them. Access IP and time may be logged automatically.
2. Purpose
To reply to inquiries, provide quotations and technical documents (TDS/MSDS), and prevent abuse.
3. Retention
Kept for one year after the inquiry is closed and then deleted without delay, unless a longer period is required by law.
4. Third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
5. Outsourcing
Server operation may be outsourced to a web hosting provider; the provider will be named here once confirmed.
6. Destruction
Information past its retention period is deleted in a way that cannot be recovered.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time via the contact below.
