Photo Resist Remover   작성일 : 13-11-27 14:25 Photo Resist Remover  글쓴이 : 최고관리자 조회 : 358     CDR-10T       CDR-10T is an alkaline remover to get rid of water-soluble dry film and photo resist ink.    When being used to Copper, tin, and solder plating it does not affect the material due to   antioxidation and corrosion-protected function.    CDR-10T has the characteristics to penetrate easily to high-density fine pitch line of the cir-   cuit and split the film.    ■ Features and Advantages   1. Clean and bright surface with no oxidation, easy AOI inspection and visual inspection   2. Simple replacement and maintenance and easy to manage.   3. Can be applied to Immersion-type or spray type.    ■ Equipments   - Tank : heat resistant PVC ( 50℃ above), polypropylene   - Heater : Teflon, Titanium   - Spray Equipment : Made of stainless steel or heat resistant plastic spray equipment   - Nozzle : Cone for maximum separation efficiency and fan-type nozzle is recommended   - Pump : 1.0 psi pressure at least  should be analyzed        CDR-50AS ( Stripper)         CDR - 50AS removes a dry film residues without a trace as for peeling the dry film.      In particular, it is used without attack to the aluminum. Complete the detachment of the    film with dipping, and spray foam is suitable for high-speed devices equipped groups.    ■ Features and Advantages   - High speed deatachment   - No discolor to copper, aluminum   - No damage to metal surface   - Not be stained afte treatment   - Can be dilute the product by itself, is used as an additive in some applications      ■ Equipments   - Tank : Polypropylene or Steel   - Heater : Stainless steel or Teflon coated
